How to Clear a Criminal Record

Expunge Your Criminal Record

A criminal record can haunt your life, crippling your chances to obtain a job, receive a student loan, or buy a new home.

As the economy is becoming tighter, more and more people want to erase their criminal record and have a clean slate to show future employer and lenders.

Your Past Is No Secret

Because of the Internet, your criminal background may be available to anyone curious enough to look. Computerized record-checking systems make it easy for employers, landlords and lenders to quickly discover your criminal background.

Trusted Attorney Who Will Take Care of the Hard Work for You

Our founding attorney, Rob McKinney, has dedicated his legal practice defending those who have been charged with a crime. He believes in second chances and is available to try and clear your criminal record through expungement. You and your family deserve a clean start.

We will make sure your expungement petition is completed in an efficient and timely manner. Our legal team will also keep you informed of the legal process and make sure your legal record is properly sealed so no one else has access to your arrest record.

Are You Eligible for Expungement?

The expungement process takes 60 days to complete, and criminal convictions are not eligible for expungement until three years from the date of a judgment. Although not every conviction can be expunged, if you have been convicted of a marijuana offense or another misdemeanor, you may be eligible to clear your record.

Our legal team will review your criminal record to see if you are eligible for an expungement.
