Our Firm

Nashville, Tennessee, DUI and Criminal Defense Attorney

At the law office of Rob McKinney, Attorney at Law, we are committed to vigorously defending clients who have been charged with a crime.

Our firm's founder, Rob McKinney, worked his way through law school as a law clerk in Nashville, where he dealt with DUI and vehicular homicide cases. He discovered that the evidence in these cases is often subjective, an experience that has helped shape his legal career.

Since 1994, the law office of Rob McKinney, Attorney at Law, has provided intelligent and aggressive criminal defense to people facing criminal charges.

Criminal Defense Attorney With Extensive Experience

Attorney McKinney has successfully defended clients charged with a wide range of criminal offenses, from drunk driving to sex crimes to murder. Whatever offence you are facing, we will guide you through the legal system, protect your rights and advocate for a positive resolution to your case.

As an active member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. McKinney has a thorough background in trial procedures and knows how to effectively defend a client in court. A native of Nashville, he has spent his entire career practicing in Tennessee, providing him a deep understanding of the laws and regulations here.

Attorney McKinney is certified in field sobriety testing by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration. Since sobriety tests are often subjective, attorney McKinney will closely review the results of a sobriety test and will look for any imperfections in how the police officer conducted the test.
