Court Settlement Date Set
Once you are released from jail, you will be given a court date for a settlement date. It will be within a week or two of your arrest date and is usually set at 8:30 A.M. Don't worry. Judge Assignment

Trial Date Set Within a Month
The trial date will be set within four weeks. It is what we call a "rocket docket." There are four possible outcomes that could happen. Third, you may have a bench trial, but the ADA must agree to this. Finally, you can have a preliminary hearing. The bottom line is, one can't predict what is going to happen due to all the different variables.
